Shipping & Returns



All online orders are shipped right away, typically via USPS or UPS Ground. You will receive your order within a few days depending on where you live. West Coast delivery is typically around 1 day, while East Coast may take around 3 or even 4 days to arrive. Europe (including the UK) is also typically around 3 to 4 days, but can take up to one week.


If you've changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition in the original packaging with proof of purchase and we'll exchange or refund it as required. This should be within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please contact us for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Refunds are processed immediately, although it may take up to 5 days to appear on your credit card statement.

We recommend sending any returns insured to protect yourself from loss or damage.

Please note that for any items with a LCD screen, such as the Maggie or MPD-12, there is a 15% re-stocking fee. This means that we will refund to you, 85% of your purchase price, excluding shipping.
