Delivery Policy
Shipments are usually made the same day that an order is received and always within seven (7) working days, subject to stock availability.
Please allow a few extra days from the date of shipping to actually receive the goods depending on where you live and any special delivery instructions made.
Refund Policy
For all MonoMouse and ColorMouse type products, simply return the product, undamaged and in the original packaging, postage or shipping pre-paid by you, for our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
We will refund 100% of the amount that you paid less the original shipping charge.
For Shoppa or BigReader, simply return the product, undamaged and in the original packaging, postage or shipping pre-paid by you, for our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
We will refund 85% of the amount that you paid less the original shipping charge. This means that there is a 15% restocking fee for our products with LCD screens.
Warranty
All Bierley products carry a minimum of one year worldwide parts and labour warranty. In certain countries the minimum warranty is two years parts and labour. The ColorMouse-USB-RM carries a two year
worldwide warranty and the Shoppa carries a five year limited warranty. Full details available upon request.
Cancellation
If you change your mind after placing an order, call or e-mail us and we will cancel the order for you, no questions asked.
